GUARANTEE:

Gectech de México S.A de C.V. undertakes to comply with the stipulated warranty policies and the customer to accept them when sending their purchase order in writing, verbally, electronically or by some other means.

All warranty procedures must be requested from the Warranty Department through the official website of Gectech de México S.A de C.V. www.gectech.mx. Customer will receive an automatic email with their request number, providing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number does not imply acceptance of the warranty, it is only used to track your request.

Gectech de México S.A de C.V. will inform you upon receipt of your request whether the warranty will be processed through us or directly with the authorized service center of the corresponding brand. The merchandise must be accompanied by a printed copy of the RMA letter for correct identification, as well as a copy of the invoice. Any piece that does not arrive accompanied by this documentation will be rejected.

In all cases, it is necessary that the user include all accessories, packaging material and original labels. If this is not fully complied with, the return could be subject to rejection by Gectech.

After the product is received, a verification of the status of the product will be carried out, from which it will be decided whether to accept or reject the request.

Once the RMA is authorized, you have 2 days to return the product. After this period, the warranty is lost and the product will be rejected. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Warranty RMAs have an expiration date. If the part is not delivered within the agreed period, your RMA will be canceled and the request will have to be uploaded again to the portal to reactivate your Guarantee process. Reactivation is only allowed if the part still has Warranty.

There is no warranty on consumables.

Gectech de México S.A de C.V. will request review by the manufacturing or wholesale brands, whether national or foreign. For this reason, the warranty return period will depend directly on the manufacturer/wholesaler’s commitment dates and the period of transportation of the parts.

The responsibility for the parts under warranty is limited exclusively to those supplied and in no case for their installation unless previously agreed in writing. We are not responsible for any failures caused to the intervened equipment, as a result of incorrect installation or poor diagnosis by the client or end user. Gectech de México S.A de C.V. is not responsible for special commitments agreed solely by the client in tenders, contests, warranty extensions, etc. without having been previously agreed in writing.

Be sure to physically check all the merchandise you receive by parcel or by our staff, since, once acknowledgment of receipt is signed, we will not accept claims for physical damage, wrong or incomplete product. For parcel shipments you have 24 hours to inform the guarantee department of any inconsistency of this type, after this period Gectech de México S.A de C.V. does not assume any responsibility. All our shipments are insured against theft or damage, so we ask that you reject the shipment if it presents physical damage. Upon an RMA request, the consumer expressly and irrevocably empowers, authorizes and grants broad and sufficient special power to whoever holds the status of legal representative of Gectech, so that at his or her discretion he or she may possess, manipulate or dispose of the property that is the object of the RMA. return. Warranties will only be valid for manufacturer’s defects, NOT FOR PHYSICAL DAMAGE (physical damage is called products that are broken, scratched, burned, with burned circuits, violated warranty seals or with loose parts).

COMPLEMENT TO THE GENERAL GUARANTEE PROCESS:

In addition to what is described in the guarantee process, the following must be considered for specific cases of guarantees for imported products (international):

The client is responsible for the export and import costs of the product in case the merchandise needs to be sent for maintenance or support directly with the manufacturer and it has to be outside national territory.

Foreign shipments:

The freight for shipping the part under warranty is borne by the customer and the return freight by Gectech de México S.A de C.V., in the case of an invalid warranty, the return freight is borne by the customer.

Collect shipments are not accepted.

We are not responsible for “HAPPENS” shipments.

Any damage or theft that the merchandise suffers during the course of this guarantee will be the responsibility of the customer, so we ask that it be insured.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The sales amount of the product already includes import fees such as tariffs, taxes and other applicable values, so the customer will not have to make any additional payment when receiving their product.

CANCELLATIONS:

As a general rule, an International order (imported product) cannot be canceled after notification of shipping confirmation.

DELIVERY TIMES:

When purchasing an international product, an approximate delivery time will be indicated in business days. The customer must be aware that delivery days may change due to extraordinary events, which are beyond the control of the seller, that have attempted to comply with that date (such as a customs strike, delay in customs clearance, or a collapse of the postal terminal).

CREDIT NOTES::

Gectech de México S.A de C.V. will provide a credit note for the amount of that product that has already been discontinued and that there is no replacement previously accepted by the client.

This credit note will only cover the amount for the remaining time of the guarantee.

Freight charges are not refundable.

RETURNS:

We suggest you check that the part number that appears on your purchase order has the characteristics that you require of the product since returns are not accepted, sales are final.
